OpusFlow Disclaimer for Outlook
Review by on
A disclaimer, according to the fountain of all knowledge that is Wikipedia is a “statement intended to specify or delimit the scope of rights and obligations that may be exercised and enforced by parties in a legally-recognized relationship.” You can see one on just about any site, especially sites that focus on software – the disclaimer usually says the site accepts no responsibility for the file you are downloading.

Why the lengthy introduction about disclaimers? To get to this point – if you want to insert a disclaimer in email messages you send out with Outlook, you need to take a look at OpusFlow Disclaimer for Outlook. Getting the application will only take a moment – can’t take long since it weighs in at less than 3MB.

After you have the application on your computer, you need to install it. The good thing is that the installation process doesn’t take long and is a simple enough process. Once the installation process completes, you will find that OpusFlow Disclaimer for Outlook works with just about any Outlook version: Outlook 2000, Outlook 2002, Outlook 2003, or Outlook 2007.

What does OpusFlow Disclaimer for Outlook do? Here’s the lowdown: it automatically formats outgoing emails. The application is a client-based tool, meaning it can easily add a disclaimer to outgoing messages – it does not need Microsoft Exchange or any other mail server like server-based tools do. Since we’re comparing client-based tools to server-based ones, it should be said that unlike a server-based tool, OpusFlow Disclaimer for Outlook lets you see what you send out.

Pros
  • Easy to use
  • Client-based tool
  • Lets you see what you send out
  • Works with all Outlook versions

Cons
  • Free to try
